Pavla Hubálková

Pavla Hubálková is a former neuroscientist who is now a science communicator.

She works as a scientific editor at Charles University, where she also received her PhD in neuroscience. She also writes about science for the economic weekly HROT, Hospodářské noviny, Aktuálně.cz, Vědavýzkum.cz, Universitas and other media. She tweets news as @PavlaHub. She originally thought she would be a scientist herself, but during a year-long Fulbright at Northwestern University in Chicago, she realized that instead of researching in the lab, she wanted to further pursue science communication.
