Bílí vlci: Přízraky Arktidy / White Wolves: Ghosts of the Arctic

The wildlife documentary White Wolves: Ghosts of the Arctic gives an insight into the life of a pack of white wolves living on the very tip of northern Canada. It is a dramatic and moving story of loyalty and devotion. Director Oliver Goetzl has managed to make a fascinating documentary about a family of white wolves on Ellesmere Island. The film follows the pack of female wolf Snow White over a few months, through a freezing winter with -40 °C to the sunny spring season and birth of her cubs. The documentary captures the unrecorded behavior of wolves in wild northern Canada, moments of vigorous hunting and patient waiting, plenty and hunger, and life and death.
