AFO Junior

This year’s AFO Junior section is themed Beyond the Visible and explores what remains hidden to the ordinary eye – from microscopic organisms and other hidden aspects of our everyday lives to the distant universe. The programme also reflects the themes of the other festival sections and offers a comprehensive view of science and the world from different perspectives. In cooperation with Fort Science, Czech Academy of Sciences and Czech Television, we have prepared film screenings, thematic and creative workshops, lectures and activities that will introduce children and grown-ups to the wonders of science, alternative perspectives and different ways of perceiving the world around us. This year we also have not forgotten about parents with small children – the programme is designed so that everyone can enjoy the atmosphere of the festival.
