Alice Hughes is an award-winning producer whose work has been celebrated at major festivals, including SXSW, BFI London Film Festival, and Sundance London, earning multiple Grierson and BIFA nominations, a BAFTA Cymru win, and awards at Academy and BAFTA-qualifying festivals worldwide. Her debut feature earned a BAFTA Breakthrough Brit award for its director and received BIFA and Grierson nominations. Her second feature premiered in competition at the 2024 BFI London Film Festival, winning the Audience Award for Best Documentary, and played in the Academy Award Qualifying Competition at Hot Docs 2025. Recognised as a Sheffield DocFest Future Producer in 2023, Alice leads Beehive Films, producing socially impactful, character-driven stories.
