MUDr. Ondřej David graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Palacký University in Olomouc in 2010. He passed his certification in gynecology and obstetrics in 2018 and subsequently specialized in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis. He has long focused on a modern, interdisciplinary approach to patients with pelvic pain, infertility, and complicated forms of the disease. He emphasizes individualized care and long-term patient management. He performs surgeries at Šumperk Hospital, where he specializes in the surgical treatment of advanced forms of endometriosis, and is also a member of the team at AGEL Hospital Nový Jičín. In his practice, he supports a comprehensive therapeutic concept that includes not only pharmacological and surgical treatment, but also cooperation with physiotherapy, nutritional therapy, naturopathy, and other areas of complementary care that can significantly contribute to improving the quality of life of patients. He regularly participates in international conferences focused on endometriosis and actively transfers current knowledge into everyday clinical practice.
