Vojtěch Šeda

Illustrator and comic book artist

He graduated in illustration and graphic design from UMPRUM in Prague. He creates books for adults and children, short comic strips, and illustrates thematic maps of Prague. He likes to adapt stories from Czech history. His illustrated book 1918 aneb Jak jsem dal gól přes celé Československo (1918 or How I Scored a Goal Across Czechoslovakia, 2018) won the Magnesia Litera award. He is currently illustrating a new exhibition at Antonín Dvořák’s birthplace in Nelahozeves.
