Adam Čajka is a facilitator who ensures that gatherings of people — whether professional, educational, or otherwise — are meaningful, participatory, and at the same time have momentum and produce results. He is a member and co-founder of the Institute of Nonviolent Communication, and in recent years has been dedicating his work to the phenomenon of societal polarization and how the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) approach can help bridge divides and foster understanding between people.
