Esther Elmholt

Danish filmmaker

Esther Elmholt (1991) is a Danish filmmaker. She holds a master’s degree in film and journalism from the University of Copenhagen, and her first documentary, After Nature (2021), premiered at CPH:DOX and several other festivals. She is interested in the new philosophical and existential questions raised by modern science and the relationship between humans and nature in the Anthropocene era.
