To visit the AFO festival, you only need to create a profile on this webpage and select (and potentially pay for) your accreditation. Once the festival starts, just pick up the accreditation card that gives you access to the festival programme. The basic accreditation for AFO is free of charge for everyone. If you want something extra or wish to reserve a seat in the venue or have one of the renowned pieces of AFO merchandise, you can give us financial support and become part of the AFO UNIVERSE by purchasing a special accreditation. This year, the Music is Science programme section makes its return to the Courtyard Garden at Konvikt. You can pre-purchase discounted accreditation for the paid live concerts in advance. In the case of free capacity, there will be tickets available on-site, but if you snooze, you lose.
If you visited AFO last year and still have your accreditation card, take it with you. You will get a sticker for this year’s festival, which saves materials for the new accreditation cards. In any case, you still need to create a profile and get an accreditation for this year’s AFO.
What can you expect? The daily programme will provide you with the entire schedule of screenings and other events with times and places for individual venues. You can already start planning your festival week! Starting on 18 April, you will also get the option to save your favourites, so you can have your programme conveniently at hand. Those with Cosmic Accreditations can also reserve their seats at the venues up front. You can find annotations and other information on the individual films and programme sections in the AFO58 Online Catalogue. There will also be a printed programme booklet available for purchase at the festival, so if you prefer the keep it analogue and circle your options on a paper, you will get the chance!
