Tereza Porybná is a cultural producer and curator.
She has worked as the Programme Director of the One World Festival, the Head of Education and Social Programmes of the People in Need Mission in Ethiopia, and the Director of the Czech Center in London. She is currently working on the project Forest: a Community for Cultivation, Theory and Art. She has collaborated with a number of international cultural organizations including Lux London, the Sundance Festival, and Tate Modern. She studied cultural studies at Charles University, completed internships at Université Paris IV, Universitet van Amsterdam, and did postgraduate studies at the Sensory Ethnography Lab at Harvard University, where she researched the history of ethnographic film and contemporary filmmaking by Alaska Natives.
